Multi-site operations
Leading multiple locations across the continuum of care as one team.
Cam Moore · Chief Operating Officer
The people we serve deserve teams, systems, and programs that help them find freedom from addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. That’s the work I’ve given my career to, from the front line to the COO seat.
What I believe
When someone starts to see their struggles and beliefs differently, their whole world changes. And it doesn’t stop there. It reaches their mom and dad, their children, their grandparents, their community. One healing belief, rooted in love, spreads further than we’ll ever see. Think about that. You’re literally changing the world. Not someday. Right then. That’s what drives me.
What I do
Leading multiple locations across the continuum of care as one team.
Billing, utilization review, and verification of benefits, run in-house.
Building admissions departments from the ground up: a compassionate front door and faster access to care.
Referral partnerships that connect people with the right level of care.
Taking evidence-based programs from an idea to open doors.
Better tools and cleaner handoffs that support continuity of care.
Tracking the measures that drive better decisions and better clinical outcomes.
A strong online presence that expands access to care.
My story
I’m in recovery myself. That’s what brought me to this work, and why it’s a calling, not just a job.
Starting on the front line, I worked my way through nearly every role in this field to Chief Operating Officer, learning by doing rather than the traditional route, and always picking up the next book.

Selected work
Alongside a team of three, we moved billing, utilization review, and verification of benefits in-house.
Added referral source tracking and the metrics that matter. With our team, admissions grew significantly.
Our team extended the continuum of care beyond substance use disorder treatment.
Built with our team to grow the referral partnerships that help people reach the right level of care.
Built from the ground up alongside a close friend.
How I lead
“I’ve never felt like I’m above any job. I’ll jump in wherever I’m needed, whether that means leading a department or getting on my hands and knees to scrub a bathroom. I’ve never been someone who says, ‘That’s not my job.’ I believe leadership means being willing to do whatever it takes to support the team and the people we serve.”
Cam Moore
Every job matters, and every one is worth doing well.
Be present where the work happens.
Big changes happen when a team carries them together.
“We can’t always see people’s pain, but they can always feel our love.”
Culture first
People in this field work shoulder to shoulder, so culture and teamwork shape the care guests receive.
“If you take care of your team, the people we serve get a better experience. That leads to better outcomes and lasting sobriety.”
Cam Moore
Beyond work
Road, mountain, gravel: I ride it all. Cycling is my therapy. It’s where I process my thoughts, find peace, and reconnect with myself and with God.
Let’s connect

Operations, revenue cycle, admissions and access, or growth.
A new program, a new team, or a change you know is right.
Everyone starts somewhere. Happy to help.
Open to sharing it wherever it can help.
